Four steps, in this order, on every job.

Inspection
We walk the property inside and out and tell you what we found.
- The first visit is mostly looking. We check the perimeter, the entry points, the moisture, and the places the pest is actually living rather than the place you saw it.
- You get the findings in plain language, including the things that are a builder or plumbing issue rather than a pest issue.
- If what you have does not need a treatment, we will say so.

Written plan and price
You see the treatment and the cost before we start.
- The plan lists what we are treating, where, and how often, along with the price. Nothing gets applied before you have read it.
- If a recurring plan makes more sense than a one-time visit, we show you both numbers instead of just the bigger one.
- Termite and wildlife work is quoted separately, because it is licensed and scheduled differently.

Treatment
Interior where it's needed, exterior perimeter, and the entry points.
- Most of the work happens outside. The perimeter band, the eaves, the mulch line, and the openings are where the pressure comes from.
- Interior work is targeted — baits and void applications at harborage points, not a spray across your living space.
- Your technician tells you what was applied, where, and any re-entry timing before he leaves.

Follow-up
We come back on schedule and after any activity between visits.
- Every visit is documented, so the next technician knows what was found last time and what to check.
- If something shows up between visits, call and we come back — the terms are in your written agreement.
- Plans get reviewed against what we are actually finding, not left on autopilot.
What a first visit looks like
Plan on 45 to 90 minutes for a standard residential inspection and first treatment. A termite inspection on a larger home takes longer, and an attic rodent inspection depends on how much of the space is accessible.
The technician will want to see the rooms where you have seen activity, the garage, and the exterior all the way around. Clear access to the perimeter and to under-sink cabinets makes the visit shorter.
You will leave the appointment knowing what was found, what was treated, when we are coming back, and what it costs.
