How the treatment works.
- 01InspectionWe walk the interior and the full exterior perimeter and note entry points, moisture, and harborage. You get the findings in writing before anything is applied.
- 02TreatmentExterior perimeter band, eaves and entry points, and interior application only where activity or conducive conditions call for it. Baits are placed out of reach in cabinets and voids.
- 03Scheduled returnWe come back quarterly, and between visits if activity shows up. Each visit repeats the perimeter and re-checks the points we flagged.

Seasonality in Southwest Florida
Pressure climbs with the rain. From June through October, mulch beds and irrigation keep the perimeter damp and roach and ant activity moves toward the structure. The dry months are quieter outside, which is when interior sightings tend to spike as insects follow moisture indoors. Quarterly timing is built around those two shifts.
