How the treatment works.
- 01Roofline and attic inspectionWe map droppings, runways, and rub marks, and photograph every entry point from roof returns to the AC line set. You see the photos before we quote the seal.
- 02TrappingTraps go in the active runways, not scattered. We return to clear them until the attic reads quiet on consecutive checks.
- 03Exclusion sealingEntry points are closed with material rodents cannot chew, and vegetation bridging the roof is flagged for trimming.

Seasonality in Southwest Florida
Roof rats move toward structures as nights cool from November into February, which is when most attic calls come in. Wet season brings its own push when canal banks and low ground flood. Seasonal homes closed over the summer are the other pattern — owners return in the fall to droppings and chewed wiring from months of undisturbed access.
