How the treatment works.
- 01InspectionWe photograph every opening, burrow, and travel route, from soffit gaps to seawall undercuts, and tell you what is using them.
- 02Humane removalTrapping and removal are carried out humanely and in accordance with Florida rules for the species involved. Iguanas are non-native and handled under those rules.
- 03ExclusionOpenings are sealed with material the animal cannot get back through, and burrows are collapsed and screened once confirmed inactive.

Seasonality in Southwest Florida
Iguanas are most active and most visible in the warm months, and burrow damage along seawalls shows up after a stretch of dry weather when banks are firm. Attic wildlife activity climbs from November through February. After a hard cold snap, iguana numbers drop briefly and then rebound.
